How much does it cost?
There are numerous variables involved that affect the cost of this service. We have a minimum value of £400 for any work carried out, but usually, we can work on images from google maps to give you an accurate quotation. For large or commercial properties, we may need to carry out a site survey. This is completely free and allows us to provide a detailed estimate.
How long will it take?
To give an accurate time, we would need to know to assess the property in some way but an average job the work is often completed in one to two working days, although a follow-up visit may be required on occasion.
Do we need to be in the property while the works carried out?
No, not at all. The only thing we will need is access to water so you can leave your house and come back after work to your freshly cleaned property.
Will there be much noise?
Certain services will make some level of noise but most of the time we make very little noise. If you are trying to make the appointment around a noise sensitive time, please let us know.
What weather conditions do you work in?
We can work in most weather conditions, the only time that would not do not work in is heavy rain/winds, due partly to health and safety but also heavy rain could affect the quality of our finish and we aren’t willing to compromise that.
Does soft washing work?
For external rendering, it is the best available solution, and most businesses previously paying for pressure washed solutions are now requesting it.
Why is soft washing better than pressure washing?
Soft washing does more than clean; it exterminates the bacterium that causes the discolouration in the first place with no need for dangerous and damaging high-pressure washing. Pressure washing cleans off the surface but quickly returns. Furthermore, soft wash doesn’t use harmful high pressure.
How long does a soft washing treatment last?
This depends partly on the environment that your property is based, but a soft wash treatment will generally last four times longer than a pressure washing solution. In the majority of cases, soft wash treatments last far longer than 12 months and can last up to 5 years.
Is there any mess created during the process?
Our process drove service, and trained staff keep any mess under control and away from adjacent areas. We always do a surrounding check and cover up any sensitive areas. We will always clean up all mess created during and after we have finished the job. We do ask for customers to highlight any important foliage or surroundings that could otherwise be damaged without attention.
